Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everyone who uses a Repertoire Review workspace, including members you invite and buyers you grant data room access. It exists to keep confidential catalogue material safe and the platform lawful and stable.
What the platform is for
- Recording and maintaining songwriter repertoire, splits, publisher and administrator positions and society registrations.
- Storing agreements, amendments, letters of clarification, statements and supporting evidence.
- Running due diligence checklists and preparing catalogue sales, including data room exports for named counterparties.
You must
- Only upload material you have the right or authority to upload and to disclose to the people you give access to.
- Assign the lowest workspace role that lets each member do their job, and remove members who leave.
- Treat data room links as controlled disclosures: send them to identified recipients and revoke them when a process ends.
- Review AI-suggested classifications, extracted terms and rights changes before accepting them into your records.
- Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
You must not
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing where you have no right to hold it.
- Upload special-category personal data or payment card data — the platform is not designed for it.
- Attempt to access another organisation's workspace, bypass role restrictions, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or interfere with the audit trail.
- Scrape, resell or redistribute the platform, or use it to build a competing dataset or service.
- Automate the service at a volume that degrades it for others, or share a single login between people.
- Use the platform to misrepresent rights ownership, splits or income to a counterparty.
Fair use of AI features
AI classification, extraction, cross-referencing and the assistant are metered features. We may apply reasonable rate limits per workspace to keep them available, and we may pause them if a workspace generates automated volume far beyond normal catalogue work.
Enforcement
Where we identify a breach we will normally contact your administrators first and give you the chance to fix it. We may suspend a member, a data room link or a workspace immediately where there is a security risk, a legal requirement or ongoing harm to the platform. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under the Terms of Service.
